Managed referral and your choice
An accepted request goes to one qualified provider at a time. Demand Leads Media follows up and tries the next qualified provider if contact did not happen. We never send the request to several providers at once.
Providers are independent. You are responsible for evaluating identity, credentials, insurance, references, proposal, price, permits, payment terms, and warranty before authorizing work. You may decline a match or choose any other provider.
The narrow limit
Provider contact is not guaranteed. The independent provider controls its price, schedule, repair method, workmanship, and work. Permit, durability, safety, and project results depend on the actual proposal and property conditions.
Acceptable submissions
Submit accurate information only when you own the property or are authorized to act. Do not submit emergencies, unlawful material, malicious code, impersonation, unrelated sensitive data, or another person’s information without authority.
Site availability and changes
The publisher may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue site content or matching features. Links to primary sources are provided for convenience; external sites control their own content and availability.
Limits
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties, and Demand Leads Media is not responsible for an independent provider’s acts, omissions, proposal, or work. Applicable legal rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
