One provider at a time

When we accept a completed request, it goes to one qualified provider. We follow up to check whether contact happened. If it did not, we send the request to the next qualified provider, still one at a time.

Provider independence

Any provider who may receive a request is independently owned and responsible for its own evaluation, proposal, credentials, insurance, scheduling, communications, work, workers, pricing, taxes, warranties, permits, and legal obligations.

A referral is not an endorsement, guarantee, agency relationship, joint venture, employment relationship, or statement that one provider is the only available option.

Commercial relationship

Demand Leads Media may receive payment from a provider for territory access or qualified inquiries. A request is never sold simultaneously to multiple buyers. Commercial arrangements do not change the homeowner’s ability to decline, compare alternatives, or choose another provider.
