Information you provide

The provider-match form collects surface, condition, approximate size, project address, timeline, property authority, name, email, phone, contact preference, access details, a written photo description, and optional SMS consent. The guide form collects first name and email. The preference form collects identifiers needed to locate and honor a request.

Do not submit financial account numbers, government identifiers, medical information, passwords, or unrelated sensitive details.

How information is used

Slab-request information is used to check the request, communicate about it, prevent spam or duplicates, and manage a referral. An accepted request goes to one qualified provider at a time. We follow up about whether contact happened and, if it did not, may share the same details with the next qualified provider. Guide-form information records the one-time download request; it does not create monthly-email consent.

Sharing and service providers

One qualified provider at a time may receive the information needed to respond to the specific request. Hosting, form-processing, security, and other vendors may process information on Demand Leads Media’s behalf. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, or rights protection.

Demand Leads Media never sends one homeowner request to multiple providers at the same time.

Text messages and contact choice

SMS is optional and requires the separate unchecked consent box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. You may use the contact-preferences form to request a change. Form submission does not create consent for recurring marketing email.

Retention, security, and your choices

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are optional. They remain off until you accept analytics and stay off after a decline, Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track signal. Form entries, typed contact details, addresses, and free text are not sent to either service. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer at any time.

Information may be kept as reasonably needed to manage the request, consent, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified under operational retention practices. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a contact-preference change through the preference form. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for consent, legal, security, or dispute evidence.

Children and policy changes

This service is intended for adults handling property-related requests and is not directed to children. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
